Double sided frame press

A spe­cial pro­duc­tion for a large fur­ni­ture man­u­fac­tur­er (TEAM 7) for glu­ing sol­id wood fur­ni­ture parts.

The rail with the cylin­ders is posi­tioned elec­tri­cal­ly. The cylin­ders are oper­at­ed by a cen­tral elec­tro-hydraulic unit with 2 cir­cuits per side. Each side has 5 cylin­ders in oper­a­tion from the top and 3 from the side. Each cylin­der has a max. Pres­sure of 2.5 tons.
