Frame press RPN 3000

A frame press with a very sta­ble base frame made of thick-walled hol­low sec­tions, press units gal­va­nized, all com­po­nents are bolt­ed togeth­er so that the press can be set up any­where. The base frame has a high con­struc­tion, the angu­lar accu­ra­cy is guar­an­teed by cross brac­ing. The press­ing units are guid­ed by ball bear­ings and have a 50 mm pre­ci­sion hole pat­tern. The pres­sure units are stur­dy cylin­ders with 40 mm pis­ton diam­e­ter, each cylin­der has a stop­cock, the pres­sure per cylin­der is 2.5 tons and 90 mm trav­el. The press is uni­ver­sal­ly applic­a­ble for frames, pan­els, stair treads, stringers and as a car­case press. The press has a cen­tral man­u­al hydraulics and is also pos­si­ble with elec­tro­hy­draulics.
